How to Contact Earmold Australia®

Satisfaction Guarantee
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Earmold Australia®. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days and proof of sale information is provided. Custom products are 7 days.

Making a Return or Exchange
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, please Contact Us and we will advise you how to proceed. Once we have confirmed your return, please send the item to us via Australia Post with the postage prepaid. Simply enclose a copy of your receipt, the returning item and a brief note (explaining whether you require a refund or exchange with another item) in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you. Please address all returns to 4 Pasadena Court, Alexandra Hills, Queensland 4161.

Refunds
Earmold Australia® will organize a refund if on receipt the product is not damaged but does not match the product description, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. We can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. Please Contact Us so we can assist you with this process. We will:
• credit your credit card
• provide a cash refund only if original payment was made by cash or cheque.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
• a damaged/defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
• a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded.


Warranty
All products are covered by our warranty, but exclude misuse and negligence and normal wear and tear. All warranty concessions and claims listed below are effective for the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be sent postage prepaid accompanied by the product in question. Earmold Australia® warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship during normal conditions. All products have a 12 month warranty.

How to Order
Earmold Australia® offers the choice of online or offline shopping facilities. You can shop online using our Shopping Cart facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our shop transactions are securely encyrpted using 128/256bit SSL security measures. When you "Proceed to the Checkout" whilst purchasing products online, you will notice that your browser will display the secure site padlock icon. Postage and Delivery
Our $10.00 flat POSTAGE RATE applies to all product orders within Australia, regardless of the number of items ordered. All deliveries are by Australia Post parcel service. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, however this can vary in more isolated areas.
For Overseas orders, simply contact us with your product order quote and a postage cost and delivery times will be emailed to you before the actual order is sent.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you with freight costs and  charge your credit card if you are happy with the costs. We will refund the GST portion of the order for overseas shoppers when you order is sent.

N.B: * If any items ordered are not available for immediate delivery, we will contact you to discuss your options.
* Urgent Deliveries - Depending on where you are located, we can offer, for an additional cost an 'Express Post', 'Courier Service' or ‘Air Express satchel’ delivery options. Simply phone us and we can give you a delivery time and cost over the phone.

Security
Earmold Australia® offers a secure site for all our customers, which allows you to shop with confidence. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card or it being stolen, you must notify your bank in accordance with its rules on reporting and procedures.

Privacy
Earmold Australia® will not sell or give your e-mail address, or any other information relating to you to anyone else. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and after each transaction your credit card details are destroyed. Personal information provided will only be used to process your order and to notify you of upcoming promotions, offers and new products. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to any third parties.
