I recently had a set of moulded earplugs made for my i-pod by one of your agents, NICKY STEEL. I wear them when riding my motorbike and they are awesome. The service i got from Nicky was great she went out of her way to help me out and I thought you should know. Other members of my motorbike club will be getting Nicky to make them some as well, because of the service I received.

I contacted Joanne mid last week and she kindly arranged an appointment for yesterday.

After discussing the problems and options Joanne did another set of plugs [which are soooooo good] and spent quite a lot of time explaining everything. At the end she didn't want to charge anything however she finally agreed to accept a small sum.

I am sure you are aware of her worth to 'Earmold Australia' - her professionalism and kindness are outstanding. I will certainly be recommending Joanne/Earmold to anyone who will listen.

Dear Ray and Pat.
I probably met you at the Albany trade tent but just to let you know the basic earmold I bought from you last week works a treat and has actually solved a critical issue for me, namely too much noise using a Nolan N102 (which has the in-built speakers) with a Suzuki Bandit 1250 (with a low, and un-adjustable, windscreen).

I had been contemplating drastic measures, like buying a Honda ST1300, or a BMW 1200RT, both of which have windscreens that move up and down and reduce both wind buffeting and noise.

I no longer have to bother and I have again fallen in love with my Suzuki Bandit 1250.

Problem solved.

I cannot thank you enough. My wife agrees with this as well (ie no need to purchase said other bikes) so two birds with one stone.
